📉 Product Unavailability & Refund Policy

• Delivery is subject to product availability.

• If a product is unavailable, GulfCollection.com may cancel or deliver the order within 5–20 working days.

• Customers can choose to wait for availability; pending orders may stay in processing for up to 30 days.

• If the order is canceled due to unavailability, an advance payment refund will be issued within 1–10 working days (excluding any cashback adjustments).

• If the customer cancels an order after payment, a gateway transaction fee will be deducted.

• For certain vendor products, advance payment is mandatory. Orders without the required payment may be canceled.

যে সকল পণ্যের জন্য অগ্রিম অর্থ প্রদান আবশ্যক, শুধুমাত্র সেই সকল পণ্যের ক্ষেত্রে এই পলিসি প্রযোজ্য।

🧾 প্রোডাক্ট ডেলিভারি নীতি

Gulf Collection-এর কিছু পার্সেল ক্লোজড বক্স ডেলিভারি হয়, অর্থাৎ — ডেলিভারির সময় আগে পেমেন্ট করে পার্সেল গ্রহণ করতে হবে।
ডেলিভারির সময় পণ্য খুলে দেখে পছন্দ না হলে রিটার্ন বা বাতিল করার সুযোগ নেই।
কুরিয়ার কোম্পানির কাজ শুধুমাত্র ডেলিভারি করা।

বিশেষ করে টেক ও গ্যাজেটস পণ্য (যেমন ব্যাটারি চালিত ডিভাইস) সঠিকভাবে টেস্ট করতে ৩–৬ ঘণ্টা সময় লাগে, যা কুরিয়ার এজেন্ট অপেক্ষা করতে পারবেন না। ইনস্ট্যান্ট রিটার্নের কোন সুবিধা নেই।
পণ্যে সমস্যা থাকলে সরাসরি Gulf Collection-এর সাথে যোগাযোগ করুন।

📸 পণ্য হাতে পাওয়ার পর সম্পূর্ণ আনবক্সিং ভিডিও করতে হবে। যদি প্যাকেজে কিছু মিসিং বা ভুল প্রোডাক্ট ডেলিভারি হয়, তাহলে ভিডিও প্রুফ আমাদের পাঠাতে হবে। যাচাই-বাছাইয়ের পর আমরা প্রয়োজনীয় ব্যবস্থা নেব।
যদি আমাদের ভুলে ভুল পণ্য পাঠানো হয়, আমরা নিজস্ব খরচে রিপ্লেসমেন্ট পাঠিয়ে দেব।

🔁 রিটার্ন পলিসি

যেসব পণ্যের ওয়ারেন্টি থাকে (৩, ৬ মাস বা ১ বছর), ইনভয়েস তারিখ থেকে ৭ দিনের মধ্যে কোনো ফল্ট প্রমাণিত হলে, নিচের কুরিয়ার সার্ভিসের মাধ্যমে পণ্য পাঠাতে হবে:
Sundarban Courier, Pathao, RedX, E-Courier, Steadfast (অফিস ডেলিভারি করতে সক্ষম কুরিয়ার)।
❌ SA Paribahan ব্যবহার করবেন না, কারণ তাদের অফিস ডেলিভারি সার্ভিস নেই এবং ডেলিভারিতে দেরি হয়।

📦 পণ্য পাঠানোর সময় অবশ্যই:

• ডেলিভারির সময় পাওয়া সকল আইটেম সহ প্যাক করতে হবে।

• মূল বক্সে টেপ লাগানো যাবে না।

• বক্স না থাকলে সংবাদপত্রে মুড়ে টেপ লাগিয়ে পাঠাতে হবে।

ভালভাবে প্যাকিং না করলে বা বক্স নষ্ট হলে রিটার্ন গ্রহণ করা হবে না।

• প্রোডাক্টে বার্ন বা ফিজিক্যাল ড্যামেজ থাকলে

• সিল বা স্টিকার খোলা হলে

• ওয়ারেন্টি থাকা প্রোডাক্টে সমস্যা হলে তা শুধুমাত্র আফটার-সেলস সার্ভিসে সমাধানযোগ্য

• স্ক্র্যাচ, দাগ বা নন-রিসেলেবল অবস্থায় প্রোডাক্ট থাকলে

• চার্জার, অ্যাডাপ্টার, এক্সেসরিজ বা ফ্রি গিফট আইটেমে কোনো ওয়ারেন্টি নেই

• থার্ড পার্টি সফটওয়্যার বা ডিভাইস কম্প্যাটিবিলিটি সমস্যা থাকলে

💸 কুরিয়ার ফি সম্পর্কিত নীতি

• ইনভয়েস তারিখ থেকে ৭ দিনের মধ্যে সমস্যা হলে, কাস্টমার প্রোডাক্ট পাঠানোর কুরিয়ার খরচ বহন করবেন। রিপ্লেসমেন্ট পাঠানো হবে Gulf Collection-এর খরচে।

• ৭ দিনের পরে ওয়ারেন্টি ইস্যু হলে, দুই দিকের কুরিয়ার ফি (UP + Down) কাস্টমার বহন করবেন।

⏱️ ডেলিভারি ও রিটার্ন টাইমলাইন

• অর্ডার প্রসেস করতে সর্বোচ্চ ৭২ ঘণ্টা সময় লাগে।

• ঢাকার ভিতরে সাধারণত ১–৩ দিন, ঢাকার বাইরে ২–৫ দিন সময় লাগে ডেলিভারিতে।

• রিটার্ন প্রোডাক্ট চেক ও সমাধান দিতে ৫–১৫ কর্মদিবস সময় লাগতে পারে।
